Pronounced Property Management consists of partners Erica Banda and David Stephan.

We care for condominium associations and apartment buildings of various sizes and layouts, from large apartment style buildings to duplex and quad style luxury condos on 20 acres.

Erica Banda began managing properties in 2020 as a licensee of Prima Management. Being a licensee of a larger parent company allowed Erica to build her management business quickly and effectively, as being a licensee affords access to shared resources, including support software, mentorship, and importantly, access to regular, and 24/7 emergency maintenance. 

Erica had a previous career as a teacher. She has adapted quickly to the role of property manager. She uses her easy and clear communication style to support condo boards in their decision-making processes and is proud of her skill in communicating with owners as it relates to budget preparation and monthly financial reporting. Erica’s strong and clear communication also benefits the condos we manage, as vendors are happy to receive her call and owners are impressed with the work the vendors do on our behalf. Erica's favorite aspect of property management is working through projects and enjoying the completion leading to satisfaction of all participants. Connecting vendors and owners in a mutually beneficial relationship supports small businesses and strengthens our community.

David Stephan joined Erica in the summer of 2023. With David’s arrival and added people power, we were able to expand the business and are now ready to grow even further. David has a background in non-profit operations and has overseen facility management of large commercial and educational spaces – some as big as 157,000 square feet.

David also holds a JD from the University of Houston and leverages this background to comprehend condo documents and ensure the smooth functioning of condo boards and the successful implementation of condo rules and regulations. 

Erica and David are residents of Middleton, WI and aim to serve their local community and the greater Dane County area in a personable and professional manner.
